Green Onions Dip
No oven. Ideal for canapes, crisps or whatever you want.
Equipment
- 1 hand blender
Ingredients
- 2 bunch green onion (Just the green side)
- 1 bunch coriander (A big one)
- 500 grams cream cheese
- ½ lime
- 1 splash liquid honey (At your taste)
Instructions
- Cut scallions and coriander in small pieces easy to blend.
- With a hand blender, blend the scallions and coriander as much as possible until obtaining a paste.2 bunch green onion, 1 bunch coriander
- Add a dash of lime and honey (the amount of lime and honey depends on the acidity of the cream cheese used. Find a balance to taste).½ lime, 1 splash liquid honey
- Add the cream cheese and mix by hand with slow movements so as not to liquefy the cream cheese.500 grams cream cheese
- If the paste remains very soft (like liquid), you can use an ultra fine strainer filter like those ones used to make yogurt and leave it for a few hours until the serum falls and obtain the desired texture.
