Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Lamb mince.
  • 1 big Onion.
  • Cumin powder.
  • Curry powder.
  • Turmeric powder.
  • Black pepper.
  • Oregano.
  • Ginger powder.
  • Garlic powder.
  • Paprika.
  • Salt.
  • Tomato paste.
  • Bay leaves.
  • 3 tbsp Milk for topping.
  • 1 cup milk. (to soak bread)
  • 3 Eggs.
  • 3 slices Bread crumb.
  • 1 splash lime juice.
  • Olive oil.

Instructions
 

  • Saute brunoise oinion until light golden.
    Saute onions.
  • Add spices and cook 1 minute.
    Add spices.
  • Add mince and half cook.
    Add lamb mince.
  • Add garlic.
  • Add chutney.
    Add chutney.
  • Soak the bread in milk and squeeze it well.

  • Add the bread to the mince and mix well until get uniform consistency.
    Add soaked bread.
  • Press well to get a firm base so that the egg does not leak.
    Press the mince.
  • Cover with beaten eggs and milk.
    Add eggs.
  • Oven 180° 10 minutes.
