Add the egg, crushed bananas and vanilla and mix well.
1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 egg
Add flour, baking powder and milk. Mix everything well.You need a very soft dough, so if you need you can add another tablespoon of milk.
120 grams flour
Pour the mixture into the buttered mold.

Cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°c (356°f) and 15 minutes at 150°c (302°f).
1 tbsp whole milk
Check the cooking with a knife. It should come out ALMOST dry. Not completely dry because the cake finishes cooking with the oven off.
Let it get cold for at least 10 minutes inside the oven and 20 minutes more outside the oven before unmold.
You can add more banana and a nice spoon of dulce de leche in the dough and it's fabulous.

If you use self rising flour you don't need to use baking powder or you can use just a half teaspoon.
Is excellent filled or topped with Dulce de Leche… or both.
Very easy recipe of Dulce de Leche: Put a condensed milk can full covered in boiling water for about 150 minutes. Just that. Is not the best Dulce de Leche but it’s a very easy option if you can’t buy one. Or you can buy caramel.
