Fry the chicken wings at 200°c until golden brown.
Remove them and remove excess oil with kitchen paper.
Melt a little butter in a frying pan and. If you use garlic, add it now to the butter.
Add the wings and cook over medium heat for a minute and add barbeque sauce to taste (*)
Optionally add a little honey and cook for a minute more.

Notes
Leave the wings out of the frige for an hour before frying. This will prevent the oil temperature from dropping too much when frying them.
(*) Smell it. When you smell the less acidic sauce, it is ready. This is due to the ketchup contained in the barbecue sauce. You will obtain a more intense, sweeter and less acidic flavor.
Barbeque sauce is very salted, so usually you will no need to add more salt.
