Bechamel Schnitzel

Delicious schnitzel witch gratin bechamel and cheese.
Prep Time 1 hour hr 30 minutes mins
- 1 bunch spinach.
- 1 tbsp butter.
- 1 Schnitzel.
- ½ cup Bechamel sauce. (Thick).
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese. (Fine grated).
Sauté the spinach with a little butter for a couple of minutes. (At your taste).
1 bunch spinach., 1 tbsp butter.
Top the Schnitzel with the spinach.
1 Schnitzel., 1 bunch spinach.
Cover everything with a good amount of thick Bechamel.
½ cup Bechamel sauce.
Sprinkle fine Parmesan cheese over the Bechamel.
Bake for a few minutes at high temperature to gratin the cheese.
1 tbsp parmesan cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
