Delicious schnitzel witch gratin bechamel and cheese.
Prep Time 1 hour hr 30 minutes mins
- 1 bunch spinach.
- 1 tbsp butter.
- 1 Schnitzel.
- ½ cup Bechamel sauce. (Thick).
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese. (Fine grated).
- Sauté the spinach with a little butter for a couple of minutes. (At your taste). - 1 bunch spinach., 1 tbsp butter. 
- Top the Schnitzel with the spinach. - 1 Schnitzel., 1 bunch spinach. 
- Cover everything with a good amount of thick Bechamel. - ½ cup Bechamel sauce. 
- Sprinkle fine Parmesan cheese over the Bechamel. 
- Bake for a few minutes at high temperature to gratin the cheese. - 1 tbsp parmesan cheese. 
- Serve and enjoy!
