Ingredients
Green, red and yellow bell peppers.
Pink peppercorns.
Black peppercorns.
Salt.
Bay leaves.
Garlic.
Olive oil.
Instructions
Crush the peppercorns in a mortar. You don't need too much.

In a pan, heat olive oil to approximately 40°C and marinate the peppercorns and bay leaves until the oil cools.

Cut the bell peppers into large pieces.
Green, red and yellow bell peppers.
Fry them in olive oil with a garlic clove and salt without making them too soft.

During the frying of the bell peppers, remove the garlic before it browns too much and continue frying the bell peppers.
Remove and let cool. (The frying oil is discarded)
In a sterilized jar, put the scented olive oil with the peppercorns and the bay leaves. Add a good amount of minced garlic.
Once the bell peppers are cold, put them inside the jar. They should be completely covered in oil.
Leave out of the refrigerator for 24 hours before consuming so that they soak up the flavor of the marinade and garlic.
