Cut the onion into small cubes (Brunoise) and brown it in olive oil. You can also cut it in julienne

Saute the onions with olive oil
When you get a golden onions add the mince and cook for a few minutes.
½ kg beef mince.

Add the tomato, salt, pepper and sugar.
2 teaspoon brown sugar., 1 clove garlic., Olive oil., Salt., Black pepper.
Stir and cook for a few minutes over medium heat until the meat is finished cooking.
