- Sundried tomato.
- Scallions.
- Cream.
- Pink pepper.
- Salt.
- Olive oil.
Peel and cut the chorizos into small cubes.

Cut the dried tomatoes into thin strips.
Sundried tomato.
Cut the scallions into small pieces.
Scallions.
Sauté the chorizos in a little olive oil until they are a little crispy.

Add the scallions and sauté for less than a minute.
Add the dried tomatoes.
Add the cream.
Cream.
Season with pink pepper and salt.

Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens a bit.
