Instructions
Poached eggs:
With the water and vinegar hot but not boiling (Approx 90°), add the eggs slowly from very low.

2 eggs.
In approximately 4 min they will be ready.
When the egg white is white but the yolk is raw, they are ready.
Carefully remove and dry on absorbent paper.
Basic sauce:
Chop the dill small.
1 bunch dill.
Mix the yogurt with the dill, salt and pepper.

Dressing:
Melt butter in a pan and add the mixture of paprika and cayenne pepper and mix well.
