Mix all the ingredients with a whisk until you get a uniform texture like a double cream and let rest for 30 minutes.
125 gr flour., 2 Large eggs., 300 ml milk, 1 tbsp sunflour oil.
Moisten a pan with oil or butter.
Pour the mixture with a ladle so that it barely covers the diameter of the pan, turning it by hand to even out the contents.
After one minute when the top of the pancake begins to dry out, turn the pancake over and cook one more minute.
