Remove the stem of the tomatoes and cut them into not very large pieces to blend them more easily.

Cut the bell peppers into pieces without their white part.
½ Green bell pepper., ½ Red bell peppers.
Cut the cucumber into small pieces.
Cucumber.
Add scallions en small pieces.
Scallions.
Add the black garlic and the white garlic.
1 clove white garlic., 1 clove black garlic.
Blend everything for a minute and add the bread and mint.
1 slice bread.
While blending add salt to taste
Salt.
Add the two vinegars and the olive oil.
White wine vinegar., Balsamic vinegar., Olive oil.
Blend everything for several minutes.
Strain.
Let rest in the fridge until the next day (the flavors will be more concentrated).
