Cut onion, carrot and bell pepper into medium pieces.
Cut the lamb into medium cubes.
Sauté the bell pepper, onion and carrot for 2 or 3 minutes and set aside.
cook the meat with a little olive oil.
Add the vegetables.
Add the wine and cook 2 or 3 more minutes. (*)
Add the tomato and tomato paste and mix well.
Add the garlic, cinnamon, bayleaves & herbs.
Cook for 2 or 3 hours over low heat.
Add the broth.
Add the Orzo and cook for approximately 20 minutes over medium heat or until the orzo is ready.
