Gratin fish

- 4 fish fillets.
- 100 ml ml cream. (Optional).
- 1 bunch scallions.
- Butter. (To taste).
- Parmesan cheese. (Grated very fine to gratin).
- 300 gr shredded mozzarella and cheddar
- Satl.
- Pepper.
- 1 dash olive oil.
Chop the scallions.
Add the oil.
Arrange the filets over the scallions.
Put a few strips of butter on the fillets.
Cover the fillets with the cheddar and the mozzarella in strands.
Cover everything with the finely grated Parmesan for gratin.
Bake for 25 min at 180° (356f)
Cook 5 more minutes at 200° (392f) to finish gratin the cheese.
Enjoy!
If you want add just a very small pinch of salt to the fish but remember that this recipe has a lot of very salty cheese.
Optionally add a splash of cream one minute before finish cooking.
