  • 1 can sweet corn.
  • Butter.
  • Ketchup.

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter and sauté the corn for a few minutes over medium heat so that the butter does not burn.

  • Add the ketchup and cook until it reduces and you can see small burnt crusts. Once it reduces it will look drier and crispier.
    That really enhances the flavor.

Notes

When we start to cook the ketchup it gives off an absolutely normal sour smell due to the vinegar it contains. After a few minutes that smell almost disappears, although not completely.
