Boil the wine together with the broth and all ingredients until it reduces to a light thick texture.
1 l malbec wine., ½ l vegetable broth., 1 bunch Scallions., 1 clove garlic., 1 bunch pink pepper.
Once that texture is reached, let cool and strain into a container to serve later.
You can also add a thickener such as a tablespoon of flour during the last minutes of reduction to achieve a thicker texture.
1 tbsp thickener or agar agar.
This is a good thick texture. If you use for a decoration you would need a thicker texture.
Another option is to strain the preparation well and add agar agar, let cool and blend well with a hand blender.
