Make a mix with garlic puree, port wine and honey and set aside.

Cut the shallots, carrots and leeks the way you want. I cut leeks in Julienne. Shallots and carrots y medium pieces. Use a lot of these ingredients to get a good amount of sauce too.

Put them in a tray and add some salt, black pepper and olive oil.
