Instructions
Grate the cheese as thin as possible.
50 grams parmesan cheese.
Mix the cheese with the egg yolks and set aside.
2 egg yolks.
Cook the noodles and reserve. It is very important to reserve approximately half a cup of broth for later.

Vegetables broth.
Sauté the bacon with very little olive oil until crispy.
50 grams bacon.,
1 tbsp olive oil.
Add the noodles and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the cheese and egg yolks.
