Sherry Wine Glazed Radishes

Lovely and original way to eat them.
Course Appetizer, Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • Radishes.
  • Brown sugar.
  • Butter.
  • Sherry wine.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper. (Optional).

Instructions
 

  • Cut the radishes tip.

  • Put the radishes in a pan and melt a good amount of butter.

  • Add brown sugar and dissolve.

    Add sugar
  • Add sherry wine, cook medium heat and reduce until you get a little jelly texture.
    (If you use salted butter it's no necessary to add more salt).

  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Usually I do not put in the recipe the amounts that I use of each ingredient because that is to everyone's taste, but in this case so that you have a reference I clarify it:
    - 100g butter.
    - 3 teaspoons of black sugar.
    - 100ml sherry wine.
  • This radishes are good as a part of starters or a side dish too.
