Stir Fry Noodles

Super flavorful and fast.
- Courgettes.
- Red onion.
- Cellery.
- Red Peppers.
- Garlic.
- Ginger.
- Soya sauce.
- Sweet Chilli.
- Noodles.
- Olive oil.
- Few drops. Sesame oil. (Optional).
Cook the noodles for about 7 minutes if they are dry. They should be al dente and not fully cooked. Set aside.
In a wok or deep frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the bell peppers, celery, and onions for just one minute. It's important that they remain crispy.
Add the noodles, the garlic and ginger, and the courgettes. Mix well.
Add the sauces and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.

- Important 1: Chop the vegetables very finely. Otherwise, they will remain raw.
Important 2: Cook over very high heat.
- You can also add shrimp, chicken, or any protein you like. In that case, first cut them into small pieces and sauté them until they're half cooked.
- 150 grams of noodles is a good portion per person.
