Ingredients
  

  • 3 Egg yolks (Big)
  • 400 grams butter.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  • 1 slpash white whine.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper.

Instructions

    Clarified butter.
  • Beat the yolks with the salt, pepper, lemon and wine until foamy.

  • Beat constantly without stopping while very gently adding the clarified butter until you achieve the desired texture.
