Fast and flavourful Malaysian meal.

Ingredients
  

  • Flat rice noodles.
  • Fish cake.
  • Prawns.
  • Chinesse sausage.
  • Kechap manis. (Optionally replace this wit sugar).
  • light soya sauce.
  • Oyster sauce.
  • Ginger.
  • Bean sprouts.
  • 1 Garlic clove.
  • Chilli paste.
  • 1 Vegetables stock cube. (Optional).
  • Oil.

Instructions
 

  • Soak for about ten minutes the noodles y very hot water. (Not always ten minutes is enough and maybe you need more time. Check that) and take them of the water. Reserve them.
    Optionally add the stock cube to the water.

  • Mix the sauces with ginger and garlic very finely grated. Reserve.
    Sauces
  • Cut the sausage and fish cake in thin slices.
  • In a wok with high heat put cook the sausages for a minute.

  • Add the fish cake and cook two more minutes.

  • Add the prawns and chilli paste and cook two more minutes.

  • In medium heat add the noodles and the sauce and cook 1 minute more.

  • Turn of the fire and add the bean sprouts. Mix well.
