Chocotorta
Classic Argentine cake.
Ingredients
- Chocolate cookies
- Dulce de leche.
- Cream cheese
- Dilutable powdered chocolate
- Milk
Instructions
- Prepare a cup of chocolate with warm milk.Dilutable powdered chocolate, Milk
- Mix dulce de leche and cream cheese in equal parts. If you prefer a sweeter cream you can use more dulce de leche to taste but it could be a bit cloying.Dulce de leche., Cream cheese
- In a tray put a thin layer of sweet as a base.
- Dip each of the cookies in the hot milk and make a layer of cookies on top of the sweet.Chocolate cookies
- Over those cookies put a good layer of candy and thus make several layers of candy and cookies.
- To finish, cover with a thick layer of sweet and sprinkle with the dilutable chocolate that we previously used with the milk.
- Enjoy.

NOTES: Put in the fridge at least 2 hours before eating.
Optional: Replace the chocolate milk with coffee.
Tip: To make Dulce de Leche you can use a condensed milk can.
Just put it in boiling water for 150 minutes (always covered with boiling water) and that's it.
It's not so nice than real dulce de leche but it's a fast option if you can't buy real dulce de leche.
