Creamy Baby Potatoes
Ingredients
- Baby potatoes
- Cream.
- Salt.
- Sugar.
- Black Pepper.
- Sweet paprika. (Optional).
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes, adding salt and sugar to the water.
- Once they're ready, remove them from the water and cut them in half lengthwise.
- In a wide, flat pan, melt enough butter and place the potatoes face down. Add a pinch of salt.
- Cook over medium-high heat until golden brown.
- Turn them over and add the preheated cream.
- Add ground black pepper and a pinch of salt.
- Cook over low heat until the cream thickens. This will be very quick.

Notes
It's important not to let the potatoes cool after removing them from the water. Cut them and put them in the pan immediately while they're still hot.
