Gazpacho
Cold spanish soup tomato based.
Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 1 kg tomato (very red mature)
- 1 green pepper
- ½ cucumber
- 2 clove garlic (use ½ if you prefer a lighter Gazpacho)
- 50 ml olive oil (Extra virgin)
- 50 ml filtered water (Otional)
- 5 grams salt (0.07 oz) (as needed)
- 20 ml vinegar
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
- 80 grams bread. (2.82 oz)
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and green peppers medium size.1 kg tomato, 1 green pepper, ½ cucumber, 2 clove garlic
- Soak the bread in filtered water for a few minutes.80 grams bread.
- Blend everything for a few minutes until you get a uniform texture. (During the smoothie add the seasonings, vinegar and the oil.50 ml olive oil, 5 grams salt, 20 ml vinegar, ½ teaspoon brown sugar
- Strain the gazpacho.
- Croutons:Cut bread into small cubes and toast them in a smooth pan moistened with olive oil.80 grams bread.
- That's it. Very easy. Enjoy!

Notes
Decorate with basil and very small minced onion and accompany with the croutons.
Optional: You can leave all ingredients mixed and condimented together all night in the fridge and blend the Gazpacho the following day.
This way you will get a more intense flavors. Tip: Is much tastier if you leave it the following but is it important to stir the gazpacho before eat it.
