Ingredients
  

  • White tin loaf.
  • Ham.
  • Cheese.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • 1 Egg.
  • Nutmeg.
  • Black pepper.
  • Salt.

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs with salt, black pepper and nutmeg.
    1 Egg., Nutmeg., Black pepper., Salt.

  • Once the sandwich is assembled, soak it in the beaten eggs for a minute on both sides.
    White tin loaf., Ham., Cheese., Mayonnaise., 1 Egg., Nutmeg., Black pepper., Salt.

  • Cook in a frying pan over low heat for a few minutes until you achieve a good even browning on both sides.
    Cook in a pan
  • Serve and Enjoy.

Notes

  • You can use a little splash of milk to get a lighter mixture so the bread will absorb it better. 
  • Let the sandwich absorb all the egg and cook it slowly. You will get a fluffier sandwich
