Instructions
Blend all ingredients together just a couple of seconds.
50 grams basil., ½ cup olive oil., 70 grams Parmigiano Reggiano cheese., 30 grams Sardo Cheese., 1 clove garlic., 15 grams pine nuts., 1 pinch Salt.
We want a thick texture that is spreadable, so it is important not to exceed the amount of oil used.

Notes
If you have, you can use a mortar instead of a blender. This option is a little better because the basil leaves are not burned and better flavor is extracted from them.
You can replace pinenuts with pistachios and is lovely twist.
