Mac And Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 litre light Bechamel. https://everythingtotaste.com/bechamel-sauce
- 500 g macaroni.
- 400 g grated cheese (Cheddas, gruyere, etc).
- 50 g parmesan
- Salt.
- Black pepper.
Instructions
- Cook a light bechamel. (*)
- Add 200g grated cheese and 10g parmesan to the bechamel and mix until smooth.
- Cook macaroni aldente in a salty water.
- Mix all together.
- Put everything in a oven-tray.
- Cover with the rest of grated cheese and the rest of parmesan finely grated.
- Oven 180°c 20 minutes until well gratin.
