Carrot And Coriander Soup
Healthy, creamy and delicious.
Ingredients
- Carrots.
- Coriander.
- Red onion.
- Leek.
- Celery.
- Salt.
- Black pepper.
- Olive oil.
- Vegetables broth. (Homemade or add cubes).
- Curry powder.
- Garlic.
- 2 seeds cardamom.
Instructions
- Cut all the vegetables, except coriander, in small or medium pieces.Carrots., Red onion., Leek., Celery., Garlic.
- Add the condiments.Salt., Black pepper., Curry powder.
- Saute them with olive oil.Olive oil.
- When they are soft and they released all their juices add the coriander and the broth.Coriander., Vegetables broth.
- Boil for about ten minutes.
- Blend everything all the time you need until get a smooth and creamy soup.
