Notes
- There are many Alfredo Sauce recipes. With the optional ones that I mentioned before, with tomato or bacon. The same happens with the amounts of each ingredient. All of this is optional.
This is a basic recipe and how I prepare it. From this recipe you can modify it to your liking. - It is very important to grate the cheese as finely as possible. In this way it will be easier to integrate it and achieve a much silkier sauce with a more pleasant texture. The same goes for garlic.
- If you use white wine, add it after the cheese. NOT BEFORE!
A super good twist for this sauce is with fresh tomato and Italian Nduja.
- Sauté the Nduja in a saucepan with just a few drops of olive oil for 2 minutes.
- Add the fresh tomato cut into cubes and without the pulp.
- Add the previously prepared Alfredo sauce and cook for two more minutes.
- ENJOY!
