Bechamel Schnitzel
Delicious schnitzel witch gratin bechamel and cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch spinach.
- 1 tbsp butter.
- 1 Schnitzel.
- ½ cup Bechamel sauce. (Thick).
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese. (Fine grated).
Instructions
- Sauté the spinach with a little butter for a couple of minutes. (At your taste).1 bunch spinach., 1 tbsp butter.
- Top the Schnitzel with the spinach.1 Schnitzel., 1 bunch spinach.
- Cover everything with a good amount of thick Bechamel.½ cup Bechamel sauce.
- Sprinkle fine Parmesan cheese over the Bechamel.
- Bake for a few minutes at high temperature to gratin the cheese.1 tbsp parmesan cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
