Delicious schnitzel witch gratin bechamel and cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch spinach.
  • 1 tbsp butter.
  • 1 Schnitzel.
  • ½ cup Bechamel sauce. (Thick).
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese. (Fine grated).

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the spinach with a little butter for a couple of minutes. (At your taste).
    1 bunch spinach., 1 tbsp butter.

  • Top the Schnitzel with the spinach.

  • Cover everything with a good amount of thick Bechamel.
    ½ cup Bechamel sauce.

  • Sprinkle fine Parmesan cheese over the Bechamel.

  • Bake for a few minutes at high temperature to gratin the cheese.
    1 tbsp parmesan cheese.
  • Serve and enjoy!
