Gratin fish
Super easy and fast preparation... and delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets.
- 100 ml ml cream. (Optional).
- 1 bunch scallions.
- Butter. (To taste).
- Parmesan cheese. (Grated very fine to gratin).
- 300 gr shredded mozzarella and cheddar
- Satl.
- Pepper.
- 1 dash olive oil.
Instructions
- Chop the scallions.
- Add the oil.
- Arrange the filets over the scallions.
- Put a few strips of butter on the fillets.
- Cover the fillets with the cheddar and the mozzarella in strands.
- Cover everything with the finely grated Parmesan for gratin.
- Bake for 25 min at 180° (356f)
- Cook 5 more minutes at 200° (392f) to finish gratin the cheese.

Notes
If you want add just a very small pinch of salt to the fish but remember that this recipe has a lot of very salty cheese.
Optionally add a splash of cream one minute before finish cooking.
