Ingredients
  

  • Port wine.
  • Honey.
  • Garlic puree.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper.
  • Leeks.
  • Carrots.
  • Shallots.
  • Olive oil. (Extra virgin).

Instructions
 

  • Make a mix with garlic puree, port wine and honey and set aside.

    Port Marinade
  • Cut the shallots, carrots and leeks the way you want. I cut leeks in Julienne. Shallots and carrots y medium pieces. Use a lot of these ingredients to get a good amount of sauce too.

    Cut Shallots
  • Put them in a tray and add some salt, black pepper and olive oil.

  • Put the lamb leg over and paint the leg with the wine mix we made before.

Notes

  • It tooks a long time to cook but very easy and take a short time of preparation.
  • You can cook all ingredients in a Turkey bag for about 4 hours at 140°c and get a lamb less roasted but more tender. At your taste.
