Stir Fry Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • Courgettes.
  • Red onion.
  • Cellery.
  • Red Peppers.
  • Garlic.
  • Ginger.
  • Soya sauce.
  • Sweet Chilli.
  • Noodles.
  • Olive oil.
  • Few drops. Sesame oil. (Optional).

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles for about 7 minutes if they are dry. They should be al dente and not fully cooked. Set aside.
  • In a wok or deep frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the bell peppers, celery, and onions for just one minute. It's important that they remain crispy.

  • Add the noodles, the garlic and ginger, and the courgettes. Mix well.

  • Add the sauces and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.

Notes

  • Important 1: Chop the vegetables very finely. Otherwise, they will remain raw.
    Important 2: Cook over very high heat.
  • You can also add shrimp, chicken, or any protein you like. In that case, first cut them into small pieces and sauté them until they're half cooked.
  • 150 grams of noodles is a good portion per person.
