Stir Fry Noodles
Super flavorful and fast.
Ingredients
- Courgettes.
- Red onion.
- Cellery.
- Red Peppers.
- Garlic.
- Ginger.
- Soya sauce.
- Sweet Chilli.
- Noodles.
- Olive oil.
- Few drops. Sesame oil. (Optional).
Instructions
- Cook the noodles for about 7 minutes if they are dry. They should be al dente and not fully cooked. Set aside.
- In a wok or deep frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the bell peppers, celery, and onions for just one minute. It's important that they remain crispy.
- Add the noodles, the garlic and ginger, and the courgettes. Mix well.
- Add the sauces and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.

Notes
- Important 1: Chop the vegetables very finely. Otherwise, they will remain raw.
Important 2: Cook over very high heat. - You can also add shrimp, chicken, or any protein you like. In that case, first cut them into small pieces and sauté them until they're half cooked.
- 150 grams of noodles is a good portion per person.
