Montecristo Sandwich
Super easy and incredibly delicious sandwich.
Ingredients
- White tin loaf.
- Ham.
- Cheese.
- Mayonnaise.
- 1 Egg.
- Nutmeg.
- Black pepper.
- Salt.
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with salt, black pepper and nutmeg.1 Egg., Nutmeg., Black pepper., Salt.
- Once the sandwich is assembled, soak it in the beaten eggs for a minute on both sides.White tin loaf., Ham., Cheese., Mayonnaise., 1 Egg., Nutmeg., Black pepper., Salt.
- Cook in a frying pan over low heat for a few minutes until you achieve a good even browning on both sides.
- Serve and Enjoy.

- You can use a little splash of milk to get a lighter mixture so the bread will absorb it better.
- Let the sandwich absorb all the egg and cook it slowly. You will get a fluffier sandwich
