Bolognese Sauce
Tomato and beef mince sauce.
Ingredients
- ½ kg beef mince.
- 2 onions.
- 2 bay leaves.
- ½ glass white wine.
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar.
- 1 clove garlic.
- Olive oil.
- Salt.
- Black pepper.
Instructions
- Cut the onion into small cubes (Brunoise) and brown it in olive oil. You can also cut it in julienne2 onions.
- Saute the onions with olive oil
- When you get a golden onions add the mince and cook for a few minutes.½ kg beef mince.
- When the meat is no longer red, add the wine with the bay leaves.2 bay leaves., ½ glass white wine.
- Cook and let reduce for a few minutes.
- Add the tomato, salt, pepper and sugar.2 teaspoon brown sugar., 1 clove garlic., Olive oil., Salt., Black pepper.
- Stir and cook for a few minutes over medium heat until the meat is finished cooking.

You can replace beef with pork, lamb or chicken.
You can also use fresh tomato blend.
