Tomato and beef mince sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg beef mince.
  • 2 onions.
  • 2 bay leaves.
  • ½ glass white wine.
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar.
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper.

Instructions
 

  • Cut the onion into small cubes (Brunoise) and brown it in olive oil. You can also cut it in julienne

  • Saute the onions with olive oil

  • When you get a golden onions add the mince and cook for a few minutes.
    ½ kg beef mince.
    Add mince
  • When the meat is no longer red, add the wine with the bay leaves.
    2 bay leaves., ½ glass white wine.
    Add wine
  • Cook and let reduce for a few minutes.
    Let reduce
  • Add the tomato, salt, pepper and sugar.
    2 teaspoon brown sugar., 1 clove garlic., Olive oil., Salt., Black pepper.
    Add tomato
  • Stir and cook for a few minutes over medium heat until the meat is finished cooking.
    Cook Sauce

Notes

You can replace beef with pork, lamb or chicken.
You can also use fresh tomato blend.
In this case, you should cook much longer until it reduces because the tomato has a lot of water. This way you will obtain a better texture, color and flavor.
