Ali Oli
Spanish garlic mayonnaise. Not the original recipe.
Equipment
- 1 hand blender
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic.
- 200/220 ml Sunflower oil.
- 1 splash lemon.
- 1 egg.
- 1 pinch salt.
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients, without breaking the egg yolk, in a vertical container where the hand blender fits.1 clove garlic., 200/220 ml Sunflower oil., 1 splash lemon., 1 egg., 1 pinch salt.
- - Start processing with the hand blender resting on the bottom without moving it.
- - After a few seconds when it begins to emulsify, gently move from top to bottom until you get the desired texture.

The original AliOli is not made with eggs.
It is made by crushing garlic for an hour and adding very small drops of oil until a uniform paste is achieved. if you prefer it a little thicker just add a few more drops of oil. A LITTLE
