  • 1 large leek
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder.
  • Salt. (To taste).
  • Black pepper. (To taste).
  • Aji-no moto. (Optional).
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar. (Optional).
  • Olive oil.
  • 2 vegetables stock cubes.

Instructions
 

  • Cut the onion into medium cubes.

  • Remove the hard part of the tail of the asparagus and discard them.
