Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
- 10 bundles Asparagus.
- 2 large onions.
- 1 large leek
- 1 clove garlic.
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder.
- Salt. (To taste).
- Black pepper. (To taste).
- Aji-no moto. (Optional).
- 1 tbsp brown sugar. (Optional).
- Olive oil.
- 2 vegetables stock cubes.
Instructions
- Cut the onion into medium cubes.2 large onions.
- Cut the leek into small pieces.1 large leek
- Remove the hard part of the tail of the asparagus and discard them.10 bundles Asparagus.
- Cut the asparagus into medium pieces.10 bundles Asparagus.
- Crush a clove of garlic.1 clove garlic.
- Put everything when sautéing in a saucepan with olive oil and salt.Salt., Olive oil.
- Add the two stock cubes.2 vegetables stock cubes.
- When the vegetables have released all the juice and are softened, add the seasonings. Pepper, coriander powder and if desired a tbsp of brown sugar.1 tbsp Coriander powder., Black pepper., Aji-no moto., 1 tbsp brown sugar.
- Cook about 5 more minutes.
- Add the amount of boiling water needed for the desired consistency and cook for ten minutes. Add just a little water. If desired, you can add more so as not to exceed the desired thickness.
- Blend everything with a hand blender.
