Greek Yogurt Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour. (Approximately)
  • ½ cup greek yogurt. (Approximately)
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 teaspoon bread soda.

Instructions
 

  • Let the yogurt out of the fridge for half an hour so that it is not too cold.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour well with a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of baking powder.
  • Add the yogurt and knead for a couple of minutes. It is necessary to obtain a dough that is not very dry since when we knead it we will obtain a dough that does not stick to the fingers.
  • Moisten a pan with oil just so the dough doesn't stick.
  • Place the dough in the pan, leaving a thickness of approximately 2 cm.
  • Cook covered over low heat until a golden crust is left. (Approximately 5 to 10 minutes).
