Rice Paper Crackers
Very easy and useful for some presentations.
Ingredients
- Sunflower oil.
- Dry rice paper.
Instructions
- First heat the oil to approximately 210°C.Sunflower oil.
- Cut the rice paper into desired shape.Dry rice paper.
- The easiest way is to cut the Rice Paper of the desired size and put it in the oil for 2 seconds. This way it will be very fast but the shape will be less uniform and concave.
- To give the cracker a concave shape, cut it to the desired size and shape (Oval) and place it between two spoons, pressing slightly and place it in the oil. In this case, you have to leave it for approximately 20 seconds because at the edges it will be ready in 2 seconds but inside the spoon it will take longer.
- Put them on kitchen paper to dry.

Notes
- Dry rice paper is very brittle, so you have to be careful when cutting it and pressing it between two spoons so as not to break it.
- Little by little the crispness of the cracker is lost. You have to try to prepare it as close as possible to the time of serving.
- In the same way, if you serve something wet in it, it will quickly lose its crispness.
