Super versatile for both main courses and desserts.
Ingredients
- 3 litters Whole Milk.
- 90 ml White vinegar.
- Salt. (Optional).
- Sugar. (Optional).

Notes
- Control every half hour until the ricotta has the desired texture.
- To filter it you can use a home yogurt filter or a fine cloth.
- Reserve in the refrigerator.
- 3 liters of milk yield approximately 550grs from Ricotta with a couple of hours of filtering.
