Ingredients
  

  • 3 litters Whole Milk.
  • 90 ml White vinegar.
  • Salt. (Optional).
  • Sugar. (Optional).

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk at 85 ° C (do not let it boil).

  • Let cool for a while and filter.

Notes

  • Control every half hour until the ricotta has the desired texture.
  • To filter it you can use a home yogurt filter or a fine cloth.
  • Reserve in the refrigerator.
