Sherry Wine Glazed Radishes
Lovely and original way to eat them.
Ingredients
- Radishes.
- Brown sugar.
- Butter.
- Sherry wine.
- Salt.
- Black pepper. (Optional).
Instructions
- Cut the radishes tip.Radishes.
- Put the radishes in a pan and melt a good amount of butter.
- Add brown sugar and dissolve.Brown sugar.
- Add sherry wine, cook medium heat and reduce until you get a little jelly texture.(If you use salted butter it's no necessary to add more salt).Sherry wine., Salt., Black pepper.
- Enjoy!

- Usually I do not put in the recipe the amounts that I use of each ingredient because that is to everyone's taste, but in this case so that you have a reference I clarify it:
- 100g butter.
- 3 teaspoons of black sugar.
- 100ml sherry wine. - This radishes are good as a part of starters or a side dish too.
