Yogurt Bread - Cheese Bread
Delicious and very easy way.
Ingredients
- 200 grams greek natural yogurt.
- Self rising flour
- Salt.
- 100 grams parmesan cheese. (To taste)
- Cheddar or any mature cheese. (Opcional)
- 1 teaspoon bread soda.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese as finely as possible. If you use cheddar or another cheese, grate it into not very fine threads. This will give texture and color details to the bread.100 grams parmesan cheese., Cheddar or any mature cheese.
- Add the salt and the cheeses to the yogurt and mix well.200 grams greek natural yogurt., Salt.
- Add flour little by little and mix until you can no longer do it with a spoon.Self rising flour
- Start adding more flour little by little and knead until you achieve a consistency that is not very sticky on your fingers. It has to be a little catchy just but not too much.
- Cover with a very thin layer of flour and give it the desired shape.
- Optional cover with Parmesan cheese.
- Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes at 160°.

Notes
- Let cool a few minutes before cutting.
- You can make this bread without using any cheese. You'll just use a little more flour.
- In the same way you can flavor the bread with other ingredients or herbs such as dill.
