French Toast
Nice for breakfast or any time.
Equipment
- 1 Torch.
Ingredients
- 1 egg.
- 1 splash milk.
- 1 pinch nutmeg.
- Sugar.
- 1 slice bread.
- 1 tbsp butter.
- 2 strawberries.
Instructions
- Beat an egg well with a splash of milk and a teaspoon of sugar until you achieve a uniform color and texture.1 egg., 1 splash milk., 1 pinch nutmeg., Sugar.
- Soak a slice of bread with that mixture until absorbed.1 slice bread.
- In a pan, melt butter and cook the bread for a few minutes on each side over medium heat.1 tbsp butter.
- Once the cooking is finished, cover the toast with sugar and burn it with a torch to make caramel.
- Add strawberries, banana or the fruit of your choice.2 strawberries.
- Enjoy!

Notes
If you don't have a torch, just cover the toast with sugar and place it face down on the pan with a teaspoon of butter to caramelize.
You can also try a few drops of vanilla essence in the eggs. Could be delicious.
