  • Bulgur wheat.
  • 45% flat-leaf parsley.
  • 45% coriander.
  • 10% mint.
  • Tomatoes.
  • Spring onions.
  • Lime juice.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt.

Instructions
 

  • Hydrate the Bulgur with boiling water, lime juice and salt for approximately half an hour.

  • Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley, coriander and mint.

  • Cut the spring onions into thin slices.

  • Cut the tomato into small pieces.

  • Strain the bulgur until all the water is removed.
