Levantine Salad.
Ingredients
- Bulgur wheat.
- 45% flat-leaf parsley.
- 45% coriander.
- 10% mint.
- Tomatoes.
- Spring onions.
- Lime juice.
- Olive oil.
- Salt.
Instructions
- Hydrate the Bulgur with boiling water, lime juice and salt for approximately half an hour.Bulgur wheat., Lime juice., Salt.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley, coriander and mint.45% flat-leaf parsley., 45% coriander., 10% mint.
- Cut the spring onions into thin slices.Spring onions.
- Cut the tomato into small pieces.Tomatoes.
- Strain the bulgur until all the water is removed.
- Just mix all the ingredients and season with lime juice, salt and olive oil.Lime juice., Olive oil., Salt.
