  • 125 gr flour.
  • 2 Large eggs.
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sunflour oil.
  • Pinch of salt. (Optional for the mix)
  • Sugar. (Optional for the mix)
  • Caster sugar. (Optional for filling)
  • Dulce de leche. (Optional for filling)
  • Custard. (Optional for filling)
  • Nutella. (Optional for filling)
  • Banana. (Optional for filling)
  • Berries. (Optional for filling)
  • Whipped Cream. (Optional for filling)
  • Chocolate Syrup. (Optional for filling)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients with a whisk until you get a uniform texture like a double cream and let rest for 30 minutes.

  • Moisten a pan with oil or butter.

  • Pour the mixture with a ladle so that it barely covers the diameter of the pan, turning it by hand to even out the contents.

  • The pan should always be very hot.
