Crêpes
Ingredients
- 125 gr flour.
- 2 Large eggs.
- 300 ml milk
- 1 tbsp sunflour oil.
- Pinch of salt. (Optional for the mix)
- Sugar. (Optional for the mix)
- Caster sugar. (Optional for filling)
- Dulce de leche. (Optional for filling)
- Custard. (Optional for filling)
- Nutella. (Optional for filling)
- Banana. (Optional for filling)
- Berries. (Optional for filling)
- Whipped Cream. (Optional for filling)
- Chocolate Syrup. (Optional for filling)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients with a whisk until you get a uniform texture like a double cream and let rest for 30 minutes.125 gr flour., 2 Large eggs., 300 ml milk, 1 tbsp sunflour oil.
- Moisten a pan with oil or butter.
- Pour the mixture with a ladle so that it barely covers the diameter of the pan, turning it by hand to even out the contents.
- After one minute when the top of the pancake begins to dry out, turn the pancake over and cook one more minute.

- The pan should always be very hot.
- Of course, the best way to fill a pancake is with dulce de leche, but the options are endless and always to your taste.
