Ingredients
  

  • Tomatoes.
  • ½ Green bell pepper.
  • ½ Red bell peppers.
  • Scallions.
  • 1 clove white garlic.
  • 1 clove black garlic.
  • White wine vinegar.
  • Balsamic vinegar.
  • Cucumber.
  • 1 slice bread.
  • Olive oil. Extra virgin.
  • Salt.
  • 2 leaves mint

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stem of the tomatoes and cut them into not very large pieces to blend them more easily.

  • Cut the bell peppers into pieces without their white part.
    ½ Green bell pepper., ½ Red bell peppers.

  • Cut the cucumber into small pieces.

  • Add scallions en small pieces.

  • Add the black garlic and the white garlic.

  • Blend everything for a minute and add the bread and mint.

  • Add the two vinegars and the olive oil.

Notes

If your blender does not blend the black garlic well, a good tip is to blend it with a hand blender together with the vinegar before adding it to the gazpacho in the blender.
Tip: Is much tastier if you leave it the following but is it important to stir the gazpacho before eat it.
